Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Please review our Return Policy before submitting an RMA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. RMA requests not satisfying our return policy will be declined. To initiate a return, Start an RMA request.

Return window: 30 days

Returns

Requests for returns or replacements must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, the claim must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending an item back for inspection. In many cases involving defects, misprints, or damage, customers may only need to provide clear photos of the issue instead of returning the item.

If the return is approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost once the issue is verified. No prepaid return label is provided.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective. Photos may be requested to verify product condition. All returns are subject to review and approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or custom/personalized items. Please review sizing charts and product details before ordering.

Exchanges

We do NOT accept exchanges under any circumstances.
Defective items are replaced only when required to fulfill a warranty obligation, and this is not considered an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Unsealed hygiene items (e.g., face masks) are not eligible for return. These items will be disposed of and not reshipped.

Shipping Issues

Wrong Address: If the provided address is insufficient, the shipment will be returned. Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Notifications

Customers will receive an automated email when a return is received. All return-related communication must be submitted via our contact form or support email.
