Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

To initiate a return, please request authorization via our Return Request Form. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Window is 14 days

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or misprinted items.
Customers do not pay any return shipping fees.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective. Photos may be requested to verify product condition. All returns are subject to review and approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or custom/personalized items. Please review sizing charts and product details before ordering.

Exchanges

We do NOT accept exchanges under any circumstances.
Defective items are replaced only when required to fulfill a warranty obligation, and this is not considered an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Unsealed hygiene items (e.g., face masks) are not eligible for return. These items will be disposed of and not reshipped.

Shipping Issues

Wrong Address: If the provided address is insufficient, the shipment will be returned. Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Notifications

Customers will receive an automated email when a return is received. All return-related communication must be submitted via our contact form or support email.
