Live Shipping Rates

Live rates are calculated by carriers in real-time and displayed during order checkout. These rates are determined by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.

Also, shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

Free Shipping Over $99

Orders totaling $99.01 or more automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout.

Live Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your product(s). You will be notified of your order process and when it ships via email.

Our fulfillment service ships more than 1 million items each month, and partner with carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience.

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple global locations depending on availability and destination.

There may be carrier restrictions to some areas.

Customs & Duty Fees

Customs and duty fees may apply depending on your order’s destination and the fulfillment location. These fees vary based on the order value, country regulations, and other factors. Customs and duty fees are not charged by DockSwag; they are set and collected by your country’s customs agency.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs or duty fees assessed when the order arrives in the destination country.

If you choose to return merchandise in accordance with our return policy, it is your responsibility to request a refund of any customs or duty fees paid, if permitted by your country’s regulations.

DockSwag does not include customs or duty fees in any quoted shipping cost. Shipping rates shown at checkout cover shipping only.

IMPORTANT: If your order may be imported, an optional shipping method called DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) will appear at checkout. Selecting DDP allows you to pre‑pay any applicable customs fees for faster clearance and a smoother delivery experience.
